Partners: collaborated with the Gilead Technology & Innovation Integration Team and Design Studio teams to create, revise, and produce visual assets, including Tech and Innovation Executive visual presentations, Design Studio, Neolab’s brand marks and style guidelines, playbooks, clinical trial promo packaging, white papers, icon systems, and infographics.
Design Studio. SharePoint Site
Scope: designed an internal SharePoint site for the Future of Clinical Trials within the Gilead share ecosystem. The goal was to provide tailor specific program to project teams with additional options to expedite the design and production of therapeutic products.
Results: developed a responsive Design Studio SharePoint site that functions as a business methodology and learning tool for clinical operations, design, development, patient experience, strategy teams, and partners to collaborate on creating clinical design programs and therapeutic products.

Icon System library
Scope: Developed a scalable tech & innovation icon system library for engaging clinical operation and development teams across various programs and therapeutic areas. Digital solutions included SharePoint site, PowerPoint presentations, playbooks, and white papers.
Results: 120 icons were created for future-of-clinical-trials/digital health and 47 for Patient Experience Playbooks. The icons were designed to convey specific, well-known meanings, representing common tasks and types of content in various scenarios.
Design Studio. Visual System
Scope: Developed a design system that is useful, usable, scalable, and valuable, meeting core requirements and specifications. This document helps UX/UI designers, project managers, and developers understand the importance and relationship of visual components.
Results: developed a responsive Design Studio SharePoint visual system using core components, color, typography, layout grid, a swap-able component library, icons, buttons, and forms as a human interface guideline.
