Role: Lead Brand Graphic Designer.

Scope: I spearheaded the visual rebranding initiative for MSA Learning & Development, creating user-centered designs and narratives across multiple business functions, including eLearning, Learning Lab Course graphics, and LND Teams.  


Results: Promoted brand unity, consistency, and quality through teamwork and effective communication. Enhanced rebrand recognition across 148 eLearning courses with compelling designs, including web banners, learning lab illustrations, badge certifications, presentations, SharePoint components, white papers, email, and newsletter templates. Developed over 160 icons, increasing user interaction by 15%, which resulted in a more user-friendly UI/UX design and higher course completion rates.
Partners: Collaborated with LCs and LSS to align brand visuals with Articulate Rise 360 and AML platform courses.
