Scope: Align and redesign the Washington Mutual (WAMU) Marketing toolkit to incorporate new Wamu brand core style elements and translate content from English to Spanish, targeting the US Latino markets in California, Nevada, and Miami.
Results: Redesigned collateral materials, including booklets, brochures, flyers, and worksheets, increased bank account openings in US Latino markets. Enabled sales reps to understand Latino customers’ demographics, motivations, behaviors, and goals. Equipped reps to explain financial benefits of checking, savings, and ROI with Washington Mutual Bank.
